Advertising Opportunities

There are a variety of opportunities to advertise your products and/or services to Broward County Medical Association (BCMA) physicians. Email Thaidee Ochoa at tochoa@bcma.com to place an advertisement.

Email Advertising

Monday E-Newsletter: The BCMA publishes a weekly e-newsletter with an opportunity to advertise. The ad appears as the third item in the E-newsletter and includes an image, headline, a brief content paragraph, and a link back to your website and/or contact information for your organization. The E-newsletter is sent to members and office managers in the BCMA database (more than 6,000 contacts).

Member Rate: 1 newsletter = $100, 4 newsletters (20% discount) = $320

Non-Member Rate: 1 newsletter = $250, 4 newsletters (20% discount) = $800

Image size is 600 w by 200 h px.

Image must be created by client. If help is needed with design, please consult with BCMA staff for design pricing.

Provide your image headline, paragraph content (150-word maximum), and a link to website or email that we can share with our members for more information.

Allow five business days for set up and approval (final content must be approved by BCMA Managing Director and your organization representative).

"Advertisement" must be noted above your ad.

Individual Email Marketing: You can purchase a one-time marketing email. The email is sent to members and office managers in the BCMA database (more than 2,000 contacts) and is available only to BCMA Members, Meeting Exhibitors, and Corporate Sponsors.

Member Rate = $1,000

Non-Member Rate = $1,500

Content must be provided in a word document to be copied into our email system.

Provide a link to your website or email we can share with our members for more information.

Provide at least 3 preferred distribution dates.

Allow five business days for set up and approval (final content must be approved by BCMA Managing Director and your organization representative)

"Advertisement" must be noted above your ad.

Website Advertising

Banner Ad: Banner ads run for 30 days on the DCMS Website are the second slider image at dcmsonline.org.

Member Rate = $600

Non-Member Rate = $1,000

Image size is 1920 w x 500 h px (JPG format).

Ads must be designed by client.

At leadership discretion, DCMS may add a disclaimer to your artwork noting it is a paid ad.
