A First Year / Applicant - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Dues increase after first year:
- First Year = $150
- Second Year = $225
- Thereafter = $350 (per year)

Affiliate - Physician Assistant - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Associate: Physicians employed by Universities, Gov't, Military - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Physicians employed by universities: ie. Dean/Professor/Academia/Research; Military; Local, State, & Federal Government.

Resident/Fellow - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited

Student - Medical/Pre-Med - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited One time fee through graduation
